Courteous and friendly service

The car was ready to drive when I arrived. We felt welcomed and it never felt like a “hard sell” experience. Charles Barlow was great to work with. He was very knowledgeable, giving us the full tour of the vehicle. He walked us through the process from start to finish- a true professional.

I was able to schedule an appointment with my preferred advisor, David Ferree easily online and at a time that worked for me. I waited less than half an hour for an oil change and multi-point inspection to be completed. David was, as always, professional, and clearly explained the services I need next. The only reason I'm not giving this particular visit starts is because the coffee machine and the car wash were out of service.
