Made an appt online and dripped off car—oil change and rotate tires and look over for trip.Service called to let us know needed transmission fluid & cabin filter needed to also be changed, so approved that to be done as well.

The oil change was fine. Tire rotation and balancing were perfect. It is noticeable when balancing is "almost" vs. "perfect". The technician did an excellent job. The advisor was David Ferre.
