Everyone was friendly & helpful. Our first encounter was with Adonis online who set the stage for us to find the RDX that we wanted. We were next introduced to Charles Barlow who was a great salesperson. He made it clear that he was there to help us with every detail.

The service associate (Rob Johnson) was great. Everything about the experience went really well. The only negative was that after getting the "maintenance A1" done and leaving the dealership, the car kept showing "maintenance B1" needed even though it was showing oil life at 100%. It did this every time I started the car. I eventually called about it and they talked me through resetting the message in the setttings of the console. Otherwise, it was excellent.
