Professional proficient friendly atmosphere

I initially came in on Monday with the intent to look in person, speak to a sales person, and to test drive a vehicle. Mr. Chris Pugh assisted me, answered questions, and accompanied me on the test drive. He remained polite and professional, answering my many questions and when he did not know the immediate answer, looked it up.I had visited several locations and spoken to salepeople at each. Mr. Pugh was the *only* one to issue a short and professional follow up communication.I returned to the dealership on Tuesday and Mr. Pugh continued to be patient and answered follow up questions as we proceeded to finalize the sale.Mr. Pugh then took over an hour to assist me in familiarizing myself with my new car. Many salespeople would simply send the customer on their way, however Mr. Pugh showed through his actions that he wanted everything set up for me to be comfortable. This is above and beyond.Additionally the receptionist was professional and a please to speak with.
