Overall good

As always, David is a great service advisor. He is the reason I keep coming back.

I tried calling the repair department for 3 days and left voice messages for 3 days to inquire about completion of repairs. Only after sending an email, did I receive a call back. I also was inquiring about a 2 nd email asking for authorization of additional repairs. When I finally spoke with someone, I was told that the 2nd email was in error, that it was for a different vehicle. I was also told that they were unable to retrieve voice messages. Hmmm….

I stopped because my alternator was going out so it was actually an emergency. My back brake pads actually needed to be changed as well.
