Very difficult phone system to navigate, well experienced Ed to help offset that matter. The courtesy transportation is super convenient, the paper reporting is daunting and you should scale that back a bit as you see the colors on the scale and it is very intimidating for someone that brings in their vehicle for service for "one" thing and you get an estimate for "everything" that COULD possibly go wrong on your car.Again - Ed is a consummate professional and helps by explaining in non-pejorative fashion.Always will return to Accura service for the quality service for my vehicle and outstanding customer focus on ensuring my experience is none less than 5 stars!
