Everything was great. Charles Barlow was amazing as was David Bowman. The test drive was great as was Charles' knowledge of the car features. The experience was a 5 star experience but I noticed when I got back, the rear door panels were not properly cleaned. That took away from my experience. I am hoping to get this take care of when I go to the dealership to install some extra packages I added at the time of the sale. Hopefully it is taken care of or I guess we will have to get a new model delivered
