Ed is always helpful and assessed the issue with the MDX. In process of being repaired. Have always been happy with service and any repairs. Greatly appreciated use of loaner car in interim.

Although I’d stated No car wash, it was being started. I found out when I asked Eric the status of my car as he came in to let a man know that his car was ready (he’d also come in 30 min after me) .

In the past my vehicle was cleaned inside and out. Now, the outside looks like it’s been put thru a washer and that’s it. I will not waste my time anymore on that terrible job. This is my 5th vehicle with this delearship.

The waiting rooms were clean and good access to WiFi. Just need to remind the Service Techs about getting oil smear inside on the seats and doors. My overall experience was good.
