I came to get my car service and get an oil change I had an appointment at 10:00 they said it would be a 2hour wait and I drove from Rome Ga. They said they were short handed

Another wonderful visit. I have an older vehicle and the team at Nalley Acura always provides great customer service and repairs in a timely manner.

I needed a new headlight assembly in April 2023. It was not done correctly , the headlights pointed down. I went back again a couple months later and it was still not done correctly. I went back on Tuesday of this week and it finally seems to be much better. The fact that I had to ho there 3 times for a service that cost me over 2000$ was a little annoying.

Excellent service I will be returning in the future.

We had an excellent purchase experience with Chris Pugh, his manager and mr Cha with the financing paper work. The whole process was quick and efficent.
