The service was fantastic, and everyone I had contact with was friendly and professional. The service manager went out of his way to get the problem with my windshield fluid system fixed. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the reservations system. If I have to wait 3 HOURS for oil change, tire rotation and inspection, it's because too many clients are being scheduled at the same time. This is the 2nd time this has happened, so I know it's not a one-off.
