While at the dealership to get my 2011 Acura TL serviced, I had already been curious about the TLX models. I was not expecting to buy a car during these turbulent inflationary times, but after meeting with Joe Cha and going for a test drive, I was able to justify the purchase! It was my first impulse buy, LOL. Joe represents Acura very well. Joe answered all of my questions as well as giving me very useful details about the car's features over my current one. He clearly explained the optional services & add-ons that I can opt-in for, and the fees and final cost / estimates. He did not rush me and even asked if I needed more time to think things over. Kudos to Joe Cha and Nalley Acura!
