I've been going to Nalley Acura for 3 years now. I purchased my 2020 Acura RLX from them. Sales Associates are nice and friendly. Service Advisors are honest. If the problem wasn't fix the first time, they will work with you until they get it right.

There was a recall for my vehicle. Making appointment was fairly easy. On day of appointment, arrived and greeted by staff who was very helpful and friendly. Service coordinator checked me in quickly, informed me of process for recall and gave me an idea of what kind of timeframe looking at. Asked if I had any further questions or any other issues. Also offered to wash my car, but I declined, however, I did ask if could clean the inside windshield, which was done and to my surprise all the interior windows were cleaned, which was great! The waiting area was very well kept and clean. I received a text and was given contact information for service coordinator in case I had any inquires, which I did not need to use as service intake coordinator came in and updated me. I also noticed the service bay area was very well kept as well. Very satisfied with experience.
