They do a great job taking care of our RDX.

It was good a few challenges at times.But at the end of the day it all worked out.Salesman was new and a little week onthe accessories on the car and the functions.

Great experience as usual though promised return time was not achieved and instead of one day it took until late afternoon the following day when I was supposed to be at work. Lyft was easy since there was not a loaner available. Also there was an question on the price on the email offer I received twice...but it was honored though my tech said it was a mistake.

You are always greeted with a smile and told exactly who is handling your service. The waiting area is clean and spacious. The coffee is Starbuck's and the snacks are fun to choose from. You are given updates along the way so you are aware of how things are going and how much longer you will be waiting. They make it easy and enjoyable to wait on your car being serviced. Thanks!
