Service and recall, Charles was extremely the best as always.

I went in for a routine oil change and a simple diagnostics check and the team gave me feedback on everything functioning properly and that my cabin air filter will probably need replacing in a few more months. I greatly appreciate the proactive checks the team does when servicing my vehicle. :)

I was truly impressed with Christopher Pugh. As soon as we arrived and got out of the car, he greeted us in the parking lot. He was eager to assist us, answered all of our questions, and made us feel welcome without any judgment. His professionalism, politeness, and kindness stood out, and his knowledge was evident. Prior to visiting Acura, we had been to six other dealerships, but we left those lots because no one came out to offer assistance. Chris, on the other hand, made us feel valued and genuinely wanted to help.
