Service work was done as scheduled, promptly and efficiently.

A sales manager met me at the door. I was promptly directed to Richard Yam, who is the Client Advisor at Nalley Acura. I mentioned my affinity for Integra's and Richard explained he leased one as well. We then took my car (which I was the first ever to drive) on a test ride and I was extremely pleased with how smooth and well the car drove. Once we got back into the office, Richard helped explain to me the options and I ended up leaving that same day with a new 2023 Integra A-SPEC. I love it so far, and overall the 3-4 hour experience was super professional, and quick, and everyone was extremely nice.

Excellent, expedient, professional, and friendly service.My husband and I looked at many brands of cars across different buying options (online, delivery, in person) and the fact that Nalley Acura responded immediately to my online inquiry for a CarFax report set the whole buying process in motion. We need a car quickly and we were able to secure financing at an excellent rate and have the car delivered same day. Our sales person, Richard Yam, was superb.
