I was very happy with the friendliness and professionalism of everyone working there. The waiting area was comfortable and accommodating to get work done. I wasn't happy that even after making an appointment and being on time, I had to wait 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I don't blame the crew there; I think the system is set up to accept too many reservations per time slot.
