I was very happy with the friendliness and professionalism of everyone working there. The waiting area was comfortable and accommodating to get work done. I wasn't happy that even after making an appointment and being on time, I had to wait 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I don't blame the crew there; I think the system is set up to accept too many reservations per time slot.

Your service department assisted in getting the MDX to the shop. They constantly kept us informed. And the technicians finished ahead of time.
