My maintenance service turned into a 'replacement' experience for this and that; however, all was done in a timely fashion. I am appreciative that Nalley supplied its shuttle service via Lyft which I had never used before.

This was the first maintenance visit since I bought my Acura in November of 2021. I was alarmed when the alert message came on, especially since it happened about 1 hour after I had the car inspected at the dealership! Ed Wilkey assured me that the alarm had nothing to do with the emission inspection and that he would taken care of everything. He was very professional and even took the time to explained how the maintenance alert system works. He check before we left to make sure the system was reset properly for the next alert. This Acura is my first new car purchase since 2002! Everything is so different, but I'm learning. I so appreciate his patience! Thank you, Sharon

They did a good job and were really helpful, but every time I go there I feel like I sit there forever. I always make an appointment but every time they're behind schedule.
