It was great service and my truck is running well, the only complain was my car was inside on the car was not clean.

Good customer service.

I made an appointment online but when I got there, it was not showing in their system. They still allowed me to leave my car for service, but their was a slight tone like it was an inconvenience. When I went to pick up, there was a charge and I mentioned I had a service plan. Again, there was a tone of annoyance and he said "Usually you have to tell us from the beginning. It makes it easier." I apologized but I assumed that the service plan showed in the computer system. Again I appreciated them still taking my appointment, but it was not a warm and welcoming appointment like I had had in the past.

I received great customer service from Andrew, the Acura Representative. He was very helpful, professional and very informative on what needed to be done to my car and future car repairs. I love the complimentary car washes and overall my experience with the Acura dealership was excellent.

Richard Yam really helped us find the right car at the right price. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the vehicle we purchased.
