My Service Rep was very polite,courteous and helpful. He displayed a Great example of how customer service should be!

Appointment was at 7. Car was immediately taken in, the work was done quickly and accurately. I was even offered a car wash, but I declined it.

I am good with the service performed but there can be some improvements e.g. reducing time in completing the oil/tire rotation change or let the customer know in advance that how much time it will take so that they can plan accordingly, it took almost 4 hours for me to wait there. Second, the label for the next service due could be placed on dashboard (which is a norm I believe), third.. the complimentary car wash should look like at least like a car wash.

Very efficient check-in process. Comfortable waiting area with beverage availability. Clear communication of the work performed.
