Excellent and timely service

I came by the Service Center on Thursday morning November 14, 2024 due to a tire pressure indicator on my dashboard. I had just driven 40 miles from Snellville to Marietta as I work on Cobb Parkway. When I entered into the service center, I was directed to see Marcus Reese and he kindly stated that due to the drop in temperature my tire pressure was low. He added additional air to my tires and told me to watch the pressure and if it goes down again, to bring the car back to do further diagnostics on the tires. Around lunch time, I went out to my car to check the tire pressure and the back passenger tire was registering at an 8. I was mortified and immediately drove my car back to the Acura service center. I was greeted by Rob Johnson who got me in and took good care of me. I left my car and went back to work. Rob texted me and kept me up to date on the status of my car. Luckily it was only a nail and the tire could be repaired and did not have to be replaced. When I returned to pick up my car, Rob went over the overall status of my car and let me know other areas that would need attention soon. I really appreciated everything that Rob and Marcus did to help bring down my anxiety and responding to my issue in such a timely manner.

Aaron was exceptional. He had knowledge, professional and courteous. Aaron represented Nalley Acura extremely well and i will ask for him again!!!
