A1 Service...great!! Waited for the service in lounge.....a little more than an hour. WOnderful Experience.

This was my first service appointment at this dealership since my new purchase. I was immediately taken care of upon arriving and was given an estimated wait time of 2 hours. Unfortunately, it went over to almost 3 hours before I sent a message requesting an update. I was given a list of recommended service issues to take care of but decided I would need to come back to get them fixed. It wasn't until just the other day that my husband brought to my attention that one of the service issues should've been covered under the CPO warranty. I called to inquire and was told that it is covered. I thought this was something the service advisor would be aware of before presenting you with price quotes for the service. Needless to say, I am returning today, a week later having to drive almost an hour there to get it done.

I am always pleased with Nalley's level of individual service. I get realistic expectations on how long the service will take and that it will be done right! Thank you!

I went in for an oil change. My service adviser was Aaron and the service I received was excellent. The wait was a little long, but the lounge area made it comfortable.
