The service rep I worked with was very nice, informative on my car’s issues, and very attentive. She even called me while in my courtesy Lyft to make sure I was picked up and on my way.

My experience was awesome. Staff was quick, efficient, and courteous. They worked with me over the weekend while my credit union was closed. My salesman is top notch (and other ones who kept a check on me). From the mgr. to the receptionist, I give the entire team 5 stars.

Seamless service. Service consultant was great Took my car in immediately upon arrival and promised to have service completed in about an hour (A1 service for new RDX). True to his word, the service was done in the time promised and washed. This is my fourth Nalley Acura; I would only buy Acuras, ony at Nalley and have service done only at Nalley. They are the best sales and service teams one could hope for.
