I went in for an oil change. My service adviser was Aaron and the service I received was excellent. The wait was a little long, but the lounge area made it comfortable.

The service rep I worked with was very nice, informative on my car’s issues, and very attentive. She even called me while in my courtesy Lyft to make sure I was picked up and on my way.

My experience was awesome. Staff was quick, efficient, and courteous. They worked with me over the weekend while my credit union was closed. My salesman is top notch (and other ones who kept a check on me). From the mgr. to the receptionist, I give the entire team 5 stars.

Andrew was great to work with. The wait time was ok, not great. I appreciate the car wash but it was a pretty poor job leaving the back of my rdx exterior only partially clean.
