My work was done in a reasonable time. I was informed of what work was needed or may soon be needed. I was not pressured to do more than I asked to be done. My service person was friendly, competent and very helpful.

I had a scheduled service visit with Nalley Acura and the wait time exceeded the time I had expected... However, when I asked my Service Consultant about the wait, he explained that they are dealing with labor shortages which impact all aspects of the service experience. I appreciated his feedback and understood. I have to say that, despite the wait, my service visit was excellent! I asked them to do some scheduled service items but also to inspect some components that I assumed needed replacement. However, to my surprise, I was told that everything was still in good working order! They could have told me otherwise and I would have paid a hefty price for repairs, but, as a result of my experience, I have confidence that Nalley Acura is an honest place for service and repairs. Kudos to Nalley and I also highly recommend my consultant, Aaron Mitchell, and the Service Manager, Ed Wilkey.
