My B123 Service was done well and in a timely manner. My service associate was personable and called me when she said she would.

I received 5-star service from senior sales consultant Chris Pugh and staff. I was greeted immediately after arriving to the dealership prior to the opening of the sales department. Mr. Pugh and the loan department were able to beat my pre-approved interest rate by .5%.

All went well as usual. Took a while, but I understand staff shortage due to COVID

I took my car in for service, and I was greeted by Mr. Ferrell, he was so knowable and explained everything that the service team would perform on my 2017 RDX. I had no questions it was so fast in and out. A young man working on cars, Danny, he greeted me and remembered my name, I was shocked what a great team. As walking out I happened to meet the Asst. Manager, Ed, what a nice man. Mr. Ferrell asked if I needed a ride home, I told him yes, and no kidding before I could turn around my ride was waiting on me, like magic. When my car was ready, he called and sent me a driver to take me back to get my car. Yea, everything was completed Tires, Brakes, and etc. I had such a good feeling leaving the dealership that day, we had a close family member we had just lost.
