Just a routine oil change this time. It is always nice to see David Feree and know that he will engage Joe for this job. It is a simple job and I know that Joe will always do his best. He has pride in his work. And David is a guy I trust. Makes it a pleasant trip to Nalley Acura.

The experience was seamless. I also appreciate not having to haggle over pricing. Loan officer did help to get a lower interest rate, but this was after I inquired about it. Would've been nice had that information been presented up front.
