I recently had my power steering pump repaired by Nalley Acura. My work required an overnight stay, so my advisor arranged Lyft transport back home, and then a pickup the next day when the work was complete (Thanks!). My work was completed successfully, and I'm happy with the results.

Good experience as usual. Longer wait time due to staffing issues but that is how things are everywhere lately. I had allowed for it and I would rather wait at Nalley than take my vehicle anywhere else.

David does a good job of taking care of may auto needs. This would be a five except for the serve is a little slow.

Victoria was amazing. I couldn't ask for better. But your checking guy had a serious attitude problem. He literally yelled at me about which button to press to get the mileage and called it the "middle button" even though there are 4 buttons. When I pressed the wrong one he yelled at me again. Very sour greeting. Thankfully Victoria saved the day but I was very upset at that greeting. My 5 stars are for Victoria. The older gentleman that hacked me in deserves a 0 star.

I brought my TLX in for routine service and was not surprised to learn I needed two new tires. All of the work was clearly explained to me and done in a timely manner, as usual.

I really appreciate my service advisor. As a female, it’s hard to trust someone when it comes to vehicle maintenance. I am completely comfortable with my advisor. He was able to squeeze me in to rectify my maintenance concerns as I was scheduled to go out of town. Inspire of the staffing issues and supply shortages - he maintained his professionalism and was honest about potential challenges.
