My service advisor, Terrence Ford, turned a potentially bad experience into a 5 star result. I came in for a simple oil change and inspection that was to take 50 minutes while I waited. And waited. And waited. I checked a time or two, but still not done. Terrence offered his apology, but he knew I was growing inpatient. Around the two hour mark, he pulled my car around with the completed work. He apologized again and let me know that adjustments had been made in the. billing and handed me the keys. My car is a 2014 model and I have never had it serviced anywhere but Nalley Acura. Terrence's excellent customer service ensures that I always will!
