I always like the service, but I am not real sold on Acura as a vehicle. I have taken my car into your dealership on multiple occasions to get the sunroof fixed and it still has problems. Leaving the Honda family and looking at Lexus or Genesis. Sorry, Honda/Acura is not what it used to be.

The service was great and everyone I spoke to was very kind. The only thing I would say is that I had an appointment at 9:20 for an oil change/tire rotation and I didn’t leave until around 12:30 so the wait was incredibly long. I would’ve liked to have the car washed/vacuumed as well but they said it would’ve taken another hour. I understand that it was a Saturday so it was busier but that’s the only complaint I have.

We purchased our 2020 ACURA MDX in November 2019. Our sale person was very knowledgeable. We enjoy our vehicle and Will be purchasing another one in the future.

My experience was excellent! As always Terrence Ford was very helpful in making sure all of my questions were answered. The wait was reasonable and the wait area felt safe and clean which is extremely important to me during the pandemic. It always feels like I'm driving out a" new vehicle" when I leave....the work performed is A1!!!!!!
