My car was checked in promptly; I was told approximately how long it would take; the car was ready during that time and I checked out with Ed Wilkey; and he retrieved my car for me. Having snacks available and being able to watch TV help to make the wait more comfortable.

Car recall was completed quickly. When I checked the car in, I had the two attendants inspect my car for any damage, or dents, When I picked the car up there were some marks that were not there before. Saul went the extra mile and removed the marks. I was completely satisfied with the work.
