As usual, exceptional service!

My recent experience in purchasing a Certified Pre-Owned Acura RDX from Nalley Acura was absolutely brilliant. I had been watching the Nalley Acura website for a particular RDX A-Spec I had been wanting for some time. Once something close to what I was wanting arrived, I was able to easily schedule a test drive a couple of days later. The car was already pulled up front and ready for a test drive. My sales person, Missy, was no-nonsense and to the point....exactly what I wanted. We went on a test drive of the vehicle and she was more than patient with me as I ran over the car looking at every detail. I made my decision to purchase. The price I negotiated was exactly what I wanted and even the finance process with Joe was somewhat painless. From the time I arrived at the dealership to driving off the lot with my new car was under 3 hours which is quite impressive considering it was the last Saturday of the month! As background, I have owned a number of Acura cars through the years but always purchased them through a no-haggle national dealership. However, my family has been using Nalley Acura exclusively to service each of these vehicles for 20 years. After researching the CPO program, I had decided long ago my next purchase would be through the Nalley Acura dealership. So happy I did!! Cheers!

Aaron is the best! He always goes above and beyond to provide an amazing service experience. He made sure that they even washed my car after they finished the maintenance on it. I drive all the way from Tucker to Marietta just because of the incredible customer service experience at NalleyAcura.
