Great service, great Customer service.

David is the absolute best service manager. We have been working together for over 18 years now and I am on my 3rd Acura because of the convenience and honesty I get from this service department. We have several other brands of cars as well and none have commitment to service I get from David at Nalley Acura.

Everyone is great and I enjoy and appreciate their help. The noise in both windows will make you crazy and it was very windy the day I was there so they couldn’t hear it. Next time I will drive and point out the noise.

Nally was ready for me when I got there for my appointment. They told me how long it would be and later advised me of additional service my car needed due to miles and age. They offer a very nice and safe place to wait for your car. All the service was completed on time. Aaron, my advisor, was so nice and courteous. I appreciate all they do to keep my car in great running condition.

My service advisor, Donovan, was great! He was very thorough and helpful when I had my MDX in for a major service plus new tires and wheels. Dropped it off on a Thursday morning, and was told I’d have my car back the next day before end of business, but actually it was ready Friday morning! So a big thank you to that technician who did all the repairs and had it ready before promised! Great experience at Nalley Acura!
