Ed was pleasant and informed me of what was happening with my vehicle.

The service advisor and team were very professional and nice. They greeted me as I arrived and kept me informed as they inspected and worked on my vehicle. My car was dirty inside and out from returning from the beach and not only did they was the exterior, but they vacuumed the sand from the inside mats!!!

The visit was good as it has always been.

Very fast and easy service. The also wash my car!

Sean was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the ZDX. Being new to the EV world, he was able to effectively hear my concerns and address them with his own personal experiences. I didn't feel pressured to make any decisions and appreciated Sean being more of a provider of information where I could make decisions instead of a pushy salesperson.
