My experience with this service center has always been great however, this visit was a little different as I encountered several issues that were very frustrating. Needless to say, the now service manager Ed Wilkey who has always been my service advisor and Terrence handled those issues professionally . Terrence reached out to me after the service job was completed just to make sure I was ok. GREAT customer service goes a very long way!!!
