Really helpful folks at Nalley and I do love my new car. I think I got a good price and most of the folks I dealt with very pleasant and professional. The one exception was the sales manager(?) whose name escapes me (*not* Toni or Leon, but I think one of Toni's supervisors: there seemed to be a black supervisor and a white supervisor). The black supervisor was a bit unnecessarily brusque and it was the one moment I felt that my being black and a woman was not an asset. Perhaps I was too smart for his tastes. I know of so many studies that show that black women get the worst treatment and deals at car dealerships, so I did my research and was visiting a lot of dealerships. I appreciated that Nalley Acura Marietta had a diverse group of very helpful and friendly staff, even from when I first arrived. So that supervisor's tone and behavior was a definite outlier. The other thing that in hindsight seemed a little odd was that we drove my new car to the airport so I could turn in my rental car. I think we could have used a loaner to do this instead of putting those extra miles on my new car. (This too was at the black supervisor's suggestion). In the moment I just didn't think of it, and it is something that Toni might have misinterpreted, to be fair. Overall, I was pretty pleased with my experience and I wouldn't have any hesitation about recommending Nalley Acura to others. I would just suggest they avoid the other guy (I do have a card with his name on it, but it's buried in all my car purchase stuff which I haven't yet sorted through due to travel).

I am always pleased when I visit the Nalley Acura in Marietta. My service consultant, Aaron Montell is the best! He makes sure I understand what’s going on with my car and let’s me know the cost too. My car is a 2015 TLX and I always feel valued when I’m there even though I’m not driving one of the newer models. I’ve referred some of my friends to that dealership because they were not satisfied with the Acura dealership near them.

Great customer service. I saw the car that I really wanted and they made it happen. I would definitely recommend Nalley Acura to those looking to purchase a new vehicle.
