I am always pleased when I visit the Nalley Acura in Marietta. My service consultant, Aaron Montell is the best! He makes sure I understand what’s going on with my car and let’s me know the cost too. My car is a 2015 TLX and I always feel valued when I’m there even though I’m not driving one of the newer models. I’ve referred some of my friends to that dealership because they were not satisfied with the Acura dealership near them.

The service today was top notch! I was immediately greeted, my Service Advisor approached me upon arrival by name. The wait time was very reasonable, and the waiting area was enjoyable (i.e. great and plentiful refreshments, clean restroom, clean waiting area, and great neutral tv programming selection). And lastly, the vehicle issue assessment/diagnostic proved very astute and spot-on! The experience was really pleasant overall.
