This is a real team effort, with everyone truly collaborating to get things DONE and provide excellent customer service. The smoothness of this experience has proven why my parents have been Acura loyal, and solidifies my decision to continue to drive Acuras. This is my second one. Excellent job by the fine gentlemen here at this location, exhibiting respectful, congenial customer service, particularly Aaron, Chris Pugh, Charles, and Leon.
