Overall, my experience was very good. I called over the weekend to express interest in a car I saw online, and the car was held for me to look at the following day. I was able to test drive the car, and all of my questions about the car were answered. The sale moved quickly, which is what I wanted. The only aspect of my experience that I found negative was I was told I needed to complete a credit check authorization form, even though I was paying cash. This seemed unusual and would have been inconvenient due to my credit reports being frozen because of the Equifax breach. After inquiring about the purpose of a credit check when paying cash for the car, I was told we did not need to do a credit check after all. I would have appreciated more clarity on this matter. In all other respects, the service was excellent and the car is great.
