The service was easy to schedule. I was not able to get a loaner vehicle, although my car would be at the dealership for 2 days. However, when i got my car back, the issue had been resolved, i was given a discount, and it was ready to go. I did notice there was oil residue from handprints on my glove compartment.

Overall, the process of purchasing a new vehicle was great. Orion did a thorough walking me through the process.

Finally fixed a problem with the radio in the car that I have had since I got it. Service Manager was great. They still washed and vacuumed the car even tho it was raining out.

Chuck was perfect. Not aggressive, explained technical questions efficiently and throughly.
