The service advisor (Ed Wilkey) and service manager (Nathan Slocumb) are by far the best. They went over and beyond to make sure my car was repaired and provided a loaner during the process. I give them a 100% rating.

Ed is always very good at going over any issues with my car and needs that I may, have offering advice as to how to handle these issues. Even if we don't necessarily agree as to how to handle the issues, he always offer his highest level of professionalism in addressing the problems and I appreciate this.
