I appreciate the representative (sorry I lost his card) that helped me by calling my previous Acura Service team and ensuring I had some maintenance tasks completed prior to asking me about them. A n excellent experience throughout the purchasing process. Excellent management at Nalley Acura, would purchase another vehicle from them.

Overall experience was great. In and out very quickly. However... After a few days I found one of my lug nuts in the driveway. It was apparently hand tightened and missed during the final tightening process. I'm just glad I found and replaced the lug nut before our holiday road trip to Florida. All other lug nuts were tightened properly.
