I am very pleased with my service experience at Nalley Acura. I was warmly greeted as soon as I arrived, and Ed kept me informed of the progress of my MDX along the course of my visit. Having had quite the opposite experience at Jackson Acura, I will continue to take my MDX to Nalley Acura for service in the future.

I appreciate the representative (sorry I lost his card) that helped me by calling my previous Acura Service team and ensuring I had some maintenance tasks completed prior to asking me about them. A n excellent experience throughout the purchasing process. Excellent management at Nalley Acura, would purchase another vehicle from them.

Overall experience was great. In and out very quickly. However... After a few days I found one of my lug nuts in the driveway. It was apparently hand tightened and missed during the final tightening process. I'm just glad I found and replaced the lug nut before our holiday road trip to Florida. All other lug nuts were tightened properly.
