Service advisor did not have the best demeanor. The cables on recall were not fixed and they are sometimes static like, but he didn’t give me a chance to even tell him that. He claims unless the car is showing symptoms, they don’t fix them. But it has shown symptoms, but he didn’t ask me that nor really give me a chance to tell him.

As soon as I got to the office someone met me and inquired about my visit, then led me to the advisor, Aaron who was very helpful and very nice. He kept me informed about the issue and at the end answered all my questions. Great advisor.

Ed Wilkey has always taken excellent care of us and my vehicle. My wife had scheduled appointment and AAron Montell was randomly assigned as service advisor. We came and tried to check in with Aaron , stood in front of glass door for long time while he was chitchatting with other customer after he had checked in, some random chit chat, not about care, that I could hear from outside the glass door. He knew we were waiting. After long wait , I got frustrated and so Ed sitting free, I requested him if he could take care of us, he graciously checked us and took care of us. Excellent experience with Ed. I will make sure next time when I or my wife schedules appointment to make sure we select Ed as our service advisor.
