The experience was great as usual. I was able to find an appointment the next day. The service advisor set expectations on how long it would take and what the cost would be. I was quoted around 2 hours but it ended up taking 4. I guess that is OK. Snacks were appreciated given how long the wait time is now.

Charles did a very good job and I was in and out before the projected time. I had an oil change and a rear differential fluid change. The entire experience was positive. Thank you.
