Chris Pugh offered excellent customer service while we debated all the options we wished to have available on our 2025 Acura MDX. During negotiations, Chris worked back and forth with his manager to come to a reasonable price for our new vehicle. While Chris offered excellent service, we were disappointed that his manager did not offer us what we considered a reasonable price for our trade-in, nor the price of the new MDX, despite our 16-year relationship with Nalley Acura. Chris found the exact vehicle we wanted, it arrived at the dealership early, and he stood by us during the 5-hour purchasing session. It was a very long day, but Chris was there for us the entire time. The service department also provided extra-mile service with regards to the installation of several accessories we purchased.

Our experience was excellent. Chris Pugh was excellent. He did not pressure us, was knowledgeable about all of the cars and worked with us to get a great price. The inventory selection was good, they had several cars with the package that we wanted in a variety of colors. This is the second car we’ve bought from Nalley Acura. Our only complaint is that we wish they were closer to our house, but what are you doing to do?

I came in for a service recall and Nalley repaired the recall and while driving my vehicle, they found another issue and repaired it too.
