I brought my car in for a specific repair, which had been noted by the dealer during a prior oil change visit. The only glitch in the repair process was a bad estimate of the time required to do the repair. In this case, the repair was finished two hours ahead of time that was originally estimated. I was able to adjust, but it was of some inconvenience.

The service was awesome. The staff are extremely friendly. Easiest experience in purchasing a car that I’ve had.
