I have been a loyal customer for over 15 years because of David Feree who was my outstanding service advisor who recently retired & I will miss him! After hearing about Mr. Feree's retirement I was worried & very concerned about direction to take when I have happily introduced to Charles, my new advisor & he was so welcoming & happy & genuinely concerned with helping me. He was very friendly & pleasant & was happy to address my concerns. I am happy to meet Charles & I look forward to continuing my relationship with Nalley Acura thanks to Charles professional care, help & expertise.
