Chris was Amazing ! He went above and beyond to help me, it was nearing the end of business but I told him I needed a new battery and if I turned my car off it wouldn’t come back on. He did everything he could to get me a replacement, got me some refreshments, and taken care of. I really really appreciate him for that service. Thank you !

Charles my service advisor was amazing. He was very thorough from start to finish. This was my 1st time getting my car serviced at Nalley Acura for an oil change & ended up needing brakes & rotors. I sat & waited at the dealership while my car was being serviced for a total of 3 hours. The a/c works very well and the tea/coffee and snacks are delicious!!

My service consultant was very upfront, stating there was a 2hr wait. He continously kept me updated regarding everything going on. I did have to return to the dealership because my Oil life was not reset. Otherwise my visit was excellent.
