Checking in was great. This was the slowest for service I have had.

Service was prompt and advisor (Kenon) kept me updated on vehicle status.

I had a great service experience. Mr. Rob explained everything well and communicated efficiently with me. I was able to get my car serviced and returned on the same day, which was really nice given that I came mid afternoon and they were booked.

Everything was pretty smooth.

We had planned to travel out of town Tuesday morning. However the night before, my car's indicator light came on for maintenance. It was late evening and I called Martin, our salesman to ask him what type of service this was. I was considering having the service completed after our return, but Martin said it was an important one and actually called the service department and got me scheduled, so we would not have to postpone our travel plans.The next morning we arrived at the service department and as always was warmly greeted. Ed our service agent explained in detail what was involved in our maintenance and how long it would take.The work was completed within the time frame and we were able to continue our trip. I was very pleased with the level of professionalism that I received Tuesday and any other time I have visited Nalley Acura.

Arrived at 6:55am for 7am A1 service. Also had issue with steering column making noise. Advisor Ed said it would be 90 mins to 2 hour wait time. Shocking being that the A1 service is a maximum of 45 mins with a pre scheduled appointment. Finally walked out after 2 hours 40mins!Insane amount of time even when it included lubing the steering column.
