My experience with Charles Hart was exceptional. He was timely, courteous, and the overall experience was Great. He provided timely attention to my daughter's car that was towed from Kennesaw University, so he was working with me entirely remotely. He provided the quote and payment effectively since I was unable to be at the Dealership. He handled everything with the highest degree of professionalism. All remotely with Text and Cell phone.Please afford Mr. Hart with the proper level of Kudos.As I purchased my vehicle at another Nally dealership, I will be visiting your operation on my next purchase. Everyone at your facility that I dealt with was professional.Please let Mr, Hart know the value that he brought to this ONE customer. He deserves it ! This dealership and its staff are fair and honest! May not be the flashiest but if you are looking for an honest deal which is generally not the case in the automotive industry I would not sign a contract until you sat down with Nalley! Cheers and thank you!
