Overall good, assuming the problem is resolved. I have no problem with this particular visit, but I have not been thrilled with a) the fact that our new RDX has a problem that virtually nobody can identify, and b) the process for getting this escalated (Acura's fault, not the dealership) puts quite a hardship on me, the consumer.

Charles was over the top with my first maintenance experience at Nalley Acura. I stopped by to ask about possibly making an appointment and he worked me in on the spot so that I didn’t have to make another trip. He was thorough and precise. Awesome experience!
