Overall good, assuming the problem is resolved. I have no problem with this particular visit, but I have not been thrilled with a) the fact that our new RDX has a problem that virtually nobody can identify, and b) the process for getting this escalated (Acura's fault, not the dealership) puts quite a hardship on me, the consumer.
