Angelica Blac did an amazing job of listening to my needs and helping me select a car I was happy with.Your financing manager was dismissive of my concerns and I had to double check his numbers because he didn’t input the correct information.For a customer buying a new car, nothing was provided to celebrate the occasion other than a handshake and congratulations.
